RIM's story of all-touch-screen devices hasn't exactly been stellar. The BlackBerry Rain 1 and 2 had their funfair get of problems, from sluggishness to carriage software to clunky component, so I was both a bit tired and nervous to stay out the new BlackBerry Torch 9860 and after disbursement both precis clip with it, let's conscionable say I'm carefully optimistic.
The Burner 9860 (and its Sprint duplicate, the Blowlamp 9850) features a 3.7-inch tinge check, which is the largest demonstration yet for a BlackBerry. The combination of the 1.2GHz processor and BlackBerry OS 7's State Graphics technology allowed me to easily swipe through the varied menus, and apps launched quickly. RIM also touts the fact that OS 7's Web performance is 40 percent faster than BlackBerry OS 6 and 100 proportionality faster than BlackBerry OS 5. Personally, I didn't see this, but there were cloth connectivity issues at the event. I did observation pages were weight slightly faster than what I've seen on BlackBerrys before, but this is something we'll really someone to prove formerly we get a drill thing.
